Housing has always been a basic need for human beings. Building and owning a home for themselves and their family has been a dream of everyone. We at Metwest sincerely believe in “strengthening your dreams” by providing excellent quality and wide range of steel building material, made from locally sourced raw material and by utilizing young talent of Africa. Proximity to biggest market of Nigeria, where unmatched ingenuity and resourcefulness of Igbo businessman could be coupled with high quality Metwest products is winning combination for both. Our belief in sustainable growth made us focus on recycling scrap metals to produce top quality products, which are sold not just locally but also in our neighborhood ECOWAS and CEMAC regions. Our nonferrous recycling products find a place in supply chain of big automobile and power storage company in Japan, Korea, India, EU and United States.
We believe in African dream and in capacity of Nigeria in general, which is not just the biggest economy of Africa but is home to one of the youngest and fast-growing population. We have hitched our wagon to Nigerian growth story, which was earlier fueled by raw material exports but henceforth would be taken forward by raw human talent. While choosing a location for setting up the plant, needs for employment in restive Niger Delta region was always on top of our mind. We are training youths from our communities, in various trades, to wean them from other violent options. We wish to focus on production of goods which either help in import substitution and /or may be exported to the neighboring ECOWAS and CEMAC regions and later to the global market.
Future belong to digital, in our effort to extend our range, we would be innovating to reach our customers and supplier digitally. Metwest is strongly poised to harness the digital shift in near future, while keeping our values of sustainability, quality and safety intact
